Look who finally decided to grace us with their presence! Buxom is now being sold exclusively at Debenhams. Are you starting to see a pattern? Well, so am I. Most of the brands that have not yet been available in the UK, but are being sold at Sephora start popping up at Debenhams. Maybe one day we will get even more and some you still wonder why I have a certain view on Sephora entering the UK (more onto that later). In any case, for now I am happy to have local access to Buxom.

A few months ago I placed my first order on the Sephora USA website and got one of their value sets which contained a travel size Buxom lip gloss. I was a bit skeptical about trying it as I never liked lip glosses, I did not like lip products in general for a long time and now, as I am slowly getting used to wearing something on my lips, I tend to go for more natural colours or something that does not catch one’s attention. However, I decided to give it a try anyway and since then, it is a product that I turn to as often as the situation allows for it – basically, quite often.

The Buxom lip gloss that I tried is of very high quality. It is not incredibly sticky which in a windy city such as London is the best thing that can happen. Long hair and lip gloss do not go well together! It is quite easy to apply so they definitely got their applicator right. Some are so awkward to apply, don’t you think? However, one of the reasons I love it so much is that it gives you fuller lips. Mine are quite thin and lately I have been looking at them more closely but I am definitely not considering lip injections of any sort or kind. Procedures are not for me and I would only consider them as a last resort, but to each their own so don’t think I am judging here. For that reason, products such as this one are the best alternative. My Buxom® Full-On Lip Cream is in White Russian (nude) and it is perfect for everyday wear. The product is moisturising and sits comfortably on the lips. The one thing that I am not head over heels about is when the products starts doing its job of making your lips look fuller. It is by no means painful, but the sensation is strange.

Overall, I am in love with it and I think you would like it as well. Take advantage of the fact that it is now available in the UK and at some pretty amazing prices as well. It is definitely one of the best pieces of news that I heard in quite some time. Yeah, I know! I am super excited by a lip product. How the mighty has fallen. That is definitely not the expression I was looking for, let me know if you can think of a better one! I don’t regret my recently developed addition to lip products one bit. If only all the lippies out there were as good as this one…

What re you waiting for? Buxom® Full-On Lip Cream in White Russian (nude)  is on low stock so don’t snooze.
