I am huge fragrance hoarder, but I rarely review any of them. I know, I know, I am not great at this, but I am trying to improve. This time though, I had no choice but review the Cosmic Bloom fragrance by Bronnley (see below) as it is the 12th gift from the Amazon beauty advent calendar and I am fully committed to this challenge (even though I am a bit behind schedule).
Personally, I have never heard of Bronnley before I found this rollon, mini fragrance inside the calendar. However, when I discovered it, I was intrigued. As you might know from reading my calendar review, I was a bit skeptical about many of the products that were included so I had no idea what to think about the fragrance when Isaw it. However, I decided to give it a try anyway as after all that is the whole point of this.
The fragrance itself is pretty nice actually, I have to admit that I was not expecting it! However, it is not wintery which supports the arguments I have made in my initial review of the calendar – the products were some sort of leftovers that Amazon could not get rid of. Cosmic Bloom reminds me more of late sprig/early summer as it is a floral scent and in no way fresh. I am not sure if you have ever tried them, but it kinda reminds me of the Little Dress fragrances from Avon if I am not mistaken. It has been a while since I have worn any of those, but I think those are the ones that resemble this scent the most. Don’t get me wrong, Cosmic Bloom smells really nice actually but it is not something I would wear too often. My tastes have changed over the years…
As for the lasting power of the fragrance, well the fragrance is pretty strong and there is some residual scent left even after a few hours of wearing it.
Overall, I cannot say that I do not like Cosmic Bloom by Bronnley because I actually do, however I do not see myself buying one of these in full size. After a quick look on Amazon, the fragrance is not expensive, but in this case that is not a factor that I am taking into account. Like I said, the fragrance is nice, but it is just not for me, not anymore and it does not have anything to do with my age. It is all about taste.
