Looking for something new to add to your ebook reader? Then the search can stop now. Here you can find a list of 5 books written by some really great authors from their respective genres. I haven’t read all of these books, but I have read previous works from all the authors and I was pleasantly surprised by many of them. Some of these books I read a while ago and I definitely recommend you give them a try. The best part is that all of these books are currently under 5£!

  1. Pound of Flesh by Sophie Jackson

2. Mr President by Katy Evans

3. On Dublin Street by Samantha Young

4. Easy by Tammara Webber

5. Bully by Penelope Douglas

I am glad to see that Sophie Jackson finally published her novel. The last time I really had time to sit down and properly enjoy  a book, she was still in the process of editing. However, I am familiar with a Pound of Flesh as I have been following Sophie’s work for many years and read her fan fiction. As for Katy Evans, her books are simply amazing. Her series Real is definitely one of my favourite! The book above is part of a new series and frankly, I am really curious to read it. Hopefully I will have time in summer after graduation.

Samantha Young is another great author and she made me fall in love with her native Scotland through her novel On Dublin Street. Sadly, I have yet to visit Edinburgh (I have seen the train station on my way back from Glasgow), but I don’t think I would mind living there for a while.

Tammara Webber’s book is one of the last ones I read from the genre and it was a great way to close that chapter of my life. I read it at a time when I was finally moving on to more serious or adult fiction, but it is a book that I still remember in great detail. The story is really beautiful and it is a book everyone who enjoys YA/NA should read. Due to popular demand, this book is now part of a series. I haven’t read the other books, but I just might.

Bully is also part of a series I pretty much loved. It is a book that I stayed away form for a very long time since bullying is something really personal to me, but the book is really good and the writing is amazing. I even managed to get through all the sequels just to get to the final book as that is the only one which directly discusses the characters features in this one(the first one). For me that is quite rare as once I get attached to characters from a certain universe, I find it really difficult to read about others.

Hope you enjoyed my short list and hope you found something that interests you. These are really good books/ authors and they deserve some love!
